This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for FocusCapsule. All purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing and refunds on our behalf, so an approved refund is returned to your original payment method through Paddle.
FocusCapsule offers a 7 day free trial with full access. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not start a paid plan, your access simply ends when the trial ends. Because the trial is free, there is nothing to refund.
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you are not billed again. We do not provide partial or pro rated refunds for the current billing period, except where required by law.
The Founding lifetime plan is a one time payment. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the request is made in good faith. After 14 days, the lifetime purchase is generally non refundable, except where required by law.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days. Where you ask to begin using the paid service immediately, you acknowledge that this right may end once the service has been fully provided. These statutory rights are in addition to anything offered in this policy.
To request a refund or to cancel, contact us at nikola.roganovic032@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order or receipt number. You can find your receipt in the confirmation email sent by Paddle.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle. Processing usually takes a few business days, and the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Opening a chargeback before contacting us can delay a resolution and may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
