This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for FocusCapsule. All purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing and refunds on our behalf. We offer a full refund within 14 days of any paid purchase. An approved refund is returned to your original payment method through Paddle.
Some accounts include a free or promotional access period with full access. You are not charged during that period. If you do not start a paid plan, your access simply ends when the period ends. Because it is free, there is nothing to refund.
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you are not billed again. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of a payment.
The Founding lifetime plan is a one time payment. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days, in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms. These statutory rights are in addition to the 14 day refund offered above.
To request a refund or to cancel, contact us at nikola.roganovic032@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order or receipt number. You can find your receipt in the confirmation email sent by Paddle.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle. Processing usually takes a few business days, and the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Opening a chargeback before contacting us can delay a resolution and may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
